Quilted Redwood Wall Hanging

This chunk of raw wooden beauty was scavenged from a local sawyer’s firewood pile. It looks like a topographical map of steep, nasty, twisting mountains next to the ocean. Lost Coast? Although it was commissioned as a wall hanging, it may find a new purpose as a pair of end tables. To the customer: I’m jealous it’s not hanging on my wall!
